I am Koo, founder of GTT. I have more than 20 years experience in the flat display business with 17 of those years managing GTT. I am committed to the growth of GTT and believe that the current market conditions offer great opportunities. Recently we have made a couple of significant improvements to make this happen.
We built a brand new factory in Paju city which is about 20 minutes away from LG Display Paju factories. The Paju factory is perfectly equipped for the industrial displays as well as the rugged outdoor display products. We have added a new hot-burn system and power stress system to improve quality and reliability. These two systems are particularly to screen out two of the major field quality problems during production. One is from the heat, and the other from the power. The hot-burn system is designed to burn the products up to 50 degrees in C in the hot-burn room which is connected to the assembly line with automatic conveyor. The power stress system is designed to stress the products by cyclically adjusting the power supply 10% up and 10% down during assembly and burning.
